As we have programs in progress at any given time, we do not have drop-by or visiting hours. But we do love visits and offer several free community services. Please call or email to schedule a time to drop by, tour the Center, sample our free Listening Library (with over 100 Hemi-Sync exercises for your use), or reserve The Nest for your own free, private and personal Hemi-Sync meditation session.
