Participants will engage in many fascinating individual and group exercises designed to get "connected" easily and with clarity. Each participant will receive a spoon for bending (not only possible, but a great energetic exercise) and a comprehensive Course Handbook for use both during the workshop and for further home-study, containing essential materials, resource lists and take-home exercises.
