Our third floor meditation loft, accessible by spirial stairs and a breezy skywalk, is nestled at the very top of the Center. Choose a Hemi-Sync CD (Metamusic, Meditation, Guided Journey, or Human Plus perhaps) from over 50+ titles in our free Listening Library, grab a snack from the Bar, pour a cup of tea (there's more than 15 fair trade organic kinds to choose from) and ascend to your own private relaxation session.

At the very top of the Center, surrounded by skylights and natural wood, is the Skywalk, a peaceful path to The Nest and a great vantage point from which to view the new renovations.

Participants in our programs will always find the Bar well-stocked throughout their workshops and retreats with foods to support body, mind and soul. Like our first chef, Max, says: "You need 'Clean Fuel' to do this work." And we agree!

The Bar also features plenty of organic fair trade and fully-leaded Wicked Joe's Big House coffee and over 15 Choice organic fair trade teas.
