ABOUT ROCK THE PATH

Rock The Path is a 501c3 not-for-profit holistic Hemi-Sync retreat and meditation center located in Camden, Maine. Rock The Path provides experiential programming, coupled with effective tools and experienced facilitation, to create enlightening experiences to benefit and support the whole person in mind, in body and in spirit.

Programming includes retreats, classes and workshops to support the exploration of consciousness to reduce stress, increase productivity, accelerate healing and reduce pain, advance personal and professional growth, discover and stimulate natural talents, access higher and inner guidance, spur creativity, and strengthen overall wellness and quality of life.

THE MONROE INSTITUTE

Rock The Path is pleased to be affiliated with the not-for-profit Monroe Institute as the local Maine Chapter, as Professional Division Members, and as Certified Outreach Facilitators.

THE ROCK THE PATH CENTER

The Rock The Path Center encompasses three floors, connected via two spiraling staircases, offering bright, clean and peaceful spaces for workshops, meditation, discussion, consultation, media presentation, study and socializing.

The Center additionally offers a (nonalcoholic) snack bar, onsite parking, residential housing for up to 9 participants, a Listening Library, a secluded meditation space open to the community (“The Nest”) and a walking trail, blazed through 7.5 of our acres and connecting with the 66 acres of Merryspring arboretum, giving Rock The Path's participants access to natural spaces for contemplation, exercise and exploring a small part of Maine’s natural beauty.

WHAT "ROCK THE PATH" MEANS

“The Path” is simply the journey each one of us travels during our lifetime. To “Rock The Path” is to wholeheartedly and in full consciousness embrace that journey. Therefore, "Rock The Path" is a direct invitation to take part in the unabashed exploration and expression of our greatest potential.

It is a place - and a state of being - where love, light and humor support those who seek to consciously explore, expand and improve upon this, our human experience.
